* Invites represent each calendar invitation ScheduCal sends on behalf of your scheduling platform. When you create an appointment and add people to it, each person who receives a calendar invitation counts as one invite. An appointment with no invitees counts as zero invites, while a webinar with 500 registered participants counts as 500 invites. This simple metric scales directly with the value we deliver - the actual calendar invitations sent to real people's inboxes.

Active invites are the total number of calendar invitations you currently have for future appointments. Think of it like a snapshot of your calendar - we count all invitations for appointments that haven't happened yet. Each day at midnight UTC, we take a new snapshot and remove invitations for appointments that have passed. Your plan includes an allowance of active invites. If you go over that number, we charge the rate shown for each additional active invite.
